There's nothing else like it in Madison--it was constructed in 2021 so it has all the amenities you'd expect from a new house, but it's located just a mile from the capitol, so you can get everywhere easily. The basement level is a mostly separate 2-bedroom suite with kitchenette and living area, the other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The space When we built this house, we designed the basement flat to be a full time airbnb. However, the first and second floor are our family’s full time home. My husband and I live here with our two young children. Because of this, we want to ensure our guests who rent the entire home are familiar with Airbnb, have stayed in several other homes as guests and have several positive reviews on their Airbnb accounts. It’s more like one big backyard with a badminton net, fire pit, sand box and “eagle’s nest” jungle gym.
