Our property is over 100 years old and nestled a long the canal between the two largest finger lakes. We have so many wineries, breweries and distilleries within 45 minutes and so many local events and festivals for fun!! play in the garden, nap in the hammock, take a dip in the pool or a ride in the paddle boat. we do have 3 lovely cats and 2 pups so there are a couple of houses rules that include not letting our fur babies out, be respectful and friendly and communicate any needs you have. The space Parking lot is behind the house. There is a full bathroom on each floor. On the main floor is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and living room. We have a TV in the living room with an Xbox and streaming services. there is a nice sitting area on the front and back patios. Guest rooms are located upstairs and we have an air conditioner in each room. We have two guest rooms each with a queen bed. We also have a twin mattress (without frame) that can be used if needed. The house also has two full bathrooms. Be mindful of this being an old house so the stairs are a bit steeper than newer houses. Guest access Make yourself at home and please clean up after yourself. During your stay We will provide our phone numbers up on arrival in case you need to get a hold of us when we are not home.
