The Livery makes a perfect basecamp for your Middle Tennessee vacation. Just minutes from Jack Daniels, George Dickle and Uncle Nearest. Less than 60 miles from Nashville and Huntsville. The space Enjoy this fully renovated 1940 cottage with all the amenities needed for a great stay including large platform, smart Samsung TV's where you can enjoy the Samsung TV Plus app provided with over 300 channels including music, or sign into your favorite streaming app. Living Space: The Livery features a comfortable living space with a 70" HD Smart TV to sign into your favorite apps. There's a large leather sofa with built in recliners and (2) additional leather recliners. Both Bedrooms feature queen size beds and 50" smart TV's where you can sign into your favorite Apps. There are USB charging ports in the LR and both BRs. There is a ceiling fan in one bedroom and a tower fan in the other. The bathroom features a walk in shower. Enjoy outdoor living on the large, partially covered, front porch with (4) wooden porch rockers and an additional seating area for (2) under the large covered area. There is a large, level backyard perfect for cornhole and horseshoes, which we provide. The 16' x 14' back deck is adorned with string lights and has outdoor dining seating for (4) and a casual lounging area for (4) as well with a large gas grill for you to make the most of the outdoor living area. There is also a large fire pit with seating for (4) in the backyard with wood provided for your enjoyment. Guest access The entire house and yard is available to guests. This is a private, single family residence on a nice lot. Other things to note This house is directly across from the National Celebration grounds and Cooper Steel Arena. During large events you may experience some traffic in front of the house and occasionally some noise from the event(s) however it stays very quiet inside the house 95% of the time and is generally otherwise unnoticeable with exception of the week of the National Walking Horse Celebration and then only mildly noisy.
