Relax, explore, swim (Highlighting that Alamar has 3 different outstanding pool areas, all with heated pools all year long! a very unique PLUS you can't find often in the Vallarta area) The space is also outfitted with free WiFi, two HD TVs, and digital streaming services. When you're ready to jump in the ocean, access to Alamar's exclusive beachfront club is down the hill. With a large pool, great restaurant, and direct beach access, don't be surprised if you lose a few days just lounging at the club. There's a small fruit and vegetable market (co-op) down the hill, great to pick up your fresh produce on a daily basis as needed. There's also fresh produce at the market at the marina on Sundays. You can actually walk to La Cruz Marina quite easily by the beach. Alamar is quite private, and not crowded, in our unit's floor, there are only 2 Condos per floor, including ours (Compared to other resorts, where they have 40 units per floor... You will certainly feel secluded. There are lots of restaurants, including Alamar's beach club, that have outdoor seating... Nothing fresher than having than open space with the ocean breeze! There are lots of amazing nearby towns to visit including: - Bucerias (15 mins) - Punta Mita (20 mins) - Saulita (30 mins) - San Pancho (30 mins) - Nuevo Vallarta (35 mins) - PVR Airport (45 mins) - Puerto Vallarta (50 mins) Explore all Puerto Vallarta bay has to offer... or just sit by the pool and soak in those amazing views. The choice is yours. Guest access The Airbnb rental is for the entire condo. Other things to note We recommend having a car for your stay. The tower is up the hill which helps give us amazing views of the bay, but it does make for a bit of a climb uphill if you're walking. We've had guests that have gone either way, so it really depends on personal preference and how mobile you want to be. CAPACITY: The condo has a king size bed, and 3 sofas that are exactly a twin size bed size. A family of 5 can perfectly sleep here. 5 is the strict limit of guests we can host.
