Seclusion & privacy make it a great place to unplug and relax. The beach is perfect for people who love to swim, snorkel, kite board, kayak, or just enjoy the white sand and clear waters. The home is comfortably outfitted with bed and bath linens, beach towels, outdoor shower, cooking utensils, posts/pans, dishes, small appliances. The space This is a 1000sqft private house on one acre of beachfront property. The home has 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite baths, living room, kitchen, and large screened in porch. Gas grill is available for cooking outdoors, as well as oven and stove in the kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with a microwave, dual Kcup/traditional drip coffee machine, toaster, blender and all pots/pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare great meals. Spices, coffee filters, paper towels etc. provided. Wifi and Smart TV. Enjoy a float in the water followed by a nap on the chaise lounge chairs under the umbrella. Beach towels, water floats, noodles, snorkel gear and sand toys are available in the deck box on the porch. Two single person ocean kayaks available by request for an extra fee of $100 for your entire stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. This is a private rental and the guests will be the only people on the property during the rental period. Other things to note This house is on the island of Middle Caicos. The airport is on Providenciales. Guests will take a taxi from the airport to the ferry marina and have a 25 minute ferry ride to North Caicos and then a 45 minute drive to the house on Middle Caicos. The ferry ride and drive are a great opportunity to see some of the beautiful cays and shoreline of the islands. Car rental is available on North Caicos and they will bring the car to the ferry marina for you. We want to inform you about an ongoing construction project taking place next door to our property. A single-family home is being built next door. There is vegetation between the two one acre lots. However, there may be some minor noise during the day related to the construction. None of our guests have reported this to be obtrusive to their vacation.
