As residents living above the apartment, there's a possibility of occasional sounds traveling downstairs. We are mindful of our noise levels and will do our best to minimize any disruptions to your stay. Other things to note This apartment is located on the lower level of the backside of the property and requires navigating yard and stairs from the parking spot to the apartment entrance. We live above the apartment and as much as we try to minimize noise, sounds travel to the downstairs. Located outdoors on the premises are a pool and hottub (spa). The pool and hottub are not available for use by guests. Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property.
