Staying at this location will have you close to almost everything! Seriously, 10-15 minutes tops! Downtown Huntsville is approximately 7 minutes away! Stovehouse, Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment, Midcity, walking trials, Monte Santo and so much more! When you get to my home, check out your welcome note and guest book on the entryway table. Take a moment to take off your shoes while sitting on the entryway pew. You may choose to use the shoe covers. No shoes in the house please. You will have access to one bedroom, the kitchen, a dining space, the great room, and the porch (front and back). The kitchen is stocked with large and some small appliances. You will have access to a gas range, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Kerig, kettle, and a milk frother. The dining space seats 8-12 (including the seats at the island). In the great room you will enjoy a smart TV with seating for 10 (couches, recliners and red chairs). The back porch is a great space to hangout; a few chairs are provided along with a table. Smart TVs are provided in the bedroom and the great room. A basket and ottoman are provided bedroom. Please place any decorative pillows or throws in the basket or on the ottomans. This is my home; please treat it with care and respect. My goal is to provide my guests with an unforgettable luxury experience! So please provide the utmost care and respect for the house, its components, furniture and outside spaces so that others will continue to also be able to get the same wonderful experience for years and years to come. Be aware that guests WILL be held accountable for any damages, theft, etc that may occur during a stay. Place decorative pillows in baskets or on ottomans. Use make up removal cloths for makeup. House is on a septic system. Don’t flush tampons, pads, etc down toilet. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. No parties allowed; only registered guests allowed. Respect the neighbors; quiet time starts at 10P Parking for up to 8 cars is available in the driveway; do not park on the grass. Checking Out? Be sure to check out by 10A. To lock the door, pull the door to you (and hold it), the press the Yale button on the keypad. No pets allowed. Guest access You will have access to most of the house downstairs.
