The space This is a ground level (walk-out basement) property, of a two level home, that is beautifully finished and furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, the outside has two full outdoor seating areas, one with an outdoor fire pit, the other with a propane fire pit. A 6-8 person hot tub rounds out this wonderful space. Parking is on the north side of the home next to the hot tub/rear lawn area. The upstairs is occupied by owners. Guest access Access will be through a French set of doors on ground level at rear of home. There is also a standard door, with a programmed door code, on south end, if needed.
