( Rich and characteristic ) For Lunch and Dinner has extra cost Charge of service: - 150THB per person for cooking service - Buying ingredients 10% (Minimum 200B) - Pre-book 1 day in advance 2、Villa Staff: Free and Full Time Staff service is from 7 am to 6 pm. On occasion, and with prior notice, they are also available for late-night. 3、Room cleaning service available during stay, and it is free. 4、No restrictions to outside staff on-site, i.e. if externally hired chefs or massage therapists can come on-site. 5、Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1300 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. 6、A damage deposit of 20000 THB is requested upon check in, and need sign a check in contract. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. 7、Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 200THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 350 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island! 8、Check in before 6am will be charge 100% of the room rate for the day: 6am-3pm will be charge an additional 2,000 baht/hour for early check in. Check out after 6pm will be charge 100& of the room rate for the day: 12pm-6pm will be charge an extended check out fee of 2,000 baht/hour After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.
