American-style kitchen with full sized oven and refrigerator, microwave, etc. Iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets, hangers-everything you need for a comfortable stay. Twin beds convert to King. Two En-suites and one hall bath. The space Three bedrooms, including two en-suites and one full hall bath. Full-size washer and separate dryer. Twin beds can convert to a king size bed upon request. Apartment is located on the first floor, which is five steps down from the main entryway and one flight of stairs up from the garage. This building does not have an elevator yet. We have one garage space for the apartment. It is covered, gated and accessed by a remote gate opener you’ll receive at check-in. Also, there is generally on street parking if you don’t choose to use the garage. Other things to note You will find a guidebook in the apartment with recommendations regarding grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals etc. Also, there will be some guidance on rules, regulations and care of the apartment and furnishing. Please note that this is a quiet building and no parties. No unregistered guests are allowed to spend the night in the apartment. No music or loud noise after 10 PM. The garage can be a bit tricky. We are own a jeep compass and don’t have any difficulties, but people with larger vehicles may have trouble parking. There is paid public parking outside of the apartment if necessary. Please note that we do require government issued IDs from all guests that stay in the apartment.
