Enjoy the charm of our small town in our newly designed “A” frame cabin. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet easily accessible to nearby attractions such as Discovery Park of America & Reelfoot Lake State Park. The space -The main floor offers a spacious living area and dining area, along with a full bathroom with standup shower and washer and dryer, and one bedroom with a king bed and large closet space. -The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, Gas cooktop, built in oven, and coffee bar. -The living room has a couch that turns pulls out into a bed, and a small chair that lays flat and pulls out to a small bed. -In the living room you will find accessible charger port and extra pillows and blankets under the couch cushion that pulls up. -Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a standup shower. -One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a twin bed with a trundle. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire home. The shed outside is not accessible. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet fee of $30/per night for up to 2 dogs under 20 pounds. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member! Please NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property or on the porches front or back! Please smoke in your car or away from the doors. If you smoke close to the doors and we still smell it when we come clean there will be a $25 smoke cleaning fee.
