Accommodations include 4 well-appointed bedrooms and additional guest quarters, offering plenty of room for family and friends. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, ensure convenience for all guests. The large lot and yard are perfect for family activities or simply relaxing in the beauty of the Poconos countryside. Guest access Guests can enter into our home at the specific check-in time that is agreed upon by the owner and the guest. Upon this time the check-in instructions to access the home will be provided so the guests are able to access the home. Other things to note **Important House Rules:** - Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine. - There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $500 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property. - No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home - No extra guests without prior approval - No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. - Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season) - Firewood is not provided year-round and will need to be purchased for your stay.
