All linens and kitchen items supplied. Within walking distance of shopping and recreation. Nine miles from Oak Ridge National Lab; five miles to Y12 Nuclear Facility and two miles to Oak Ridge Associated Universities. The space My Guest House is home to interns, contractors, PhD researchers, and vacationers needing short or long-term lodging. It is reasonably priced for the area. Guest access The home is a former duplex which I converted to one unit with 5 bedrooms. Each guest has their own bedroom with a deadbolt lock, with the exception of Bedroom 5 which has two twin beds. The kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry are all shared spaces. The two shower-bathrooms are shared by guests. Parking is free on the street. During your stay I personally greet my guests upon arrival. I live in the same neighborhood and each guests has my phone number. I am in and out of the property for cleaning or maintenance weekly.
