Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer with detergeant provided. Half bath has a toilet and sink with towels for guest use. Second floor bedroom 3 offers one queen size bed with 2 windows to the outside, one overlooking the river. It also includes a cabinet containing extra towels. Second floor bathroom offers a full bath with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. There are towels, washcloths, and a hair dryer for guests to use. The wraparound porch overlooks the river and has comfortable outdoor furniture and rocking chairs. The porch also has a table and chairs as well as a stainless steel propane grill (propane provided). The private river access is convenient for fishing and kayaking, so remember your fishing gear and kayaks. There is a horseshoe driveway with ample off street parking. The yard is expansive. The fire pit area has four adirondack chairs with two tables and the firewood is located in the wooden box on the porch!
