The space This is Apartment 5 on the backside of a 5-plex apartment building with a separate entrance. The entrance is on the southwest corner of the building which is to the right from the parking area. This is a two-level apartment. Upon entry you will see the dining area with the full kitchen beyond and the bathroom to the right. Directly ahead will be stairs that take you up to the second-floor bedroom and sitting area which has a double bed and lots of closet space. There is a Smart TV on both the ground level and also on the 2nd level in the bedroom. Laundry facilities are available on site in the basement via a separate entrance. Guest access This unit is accessed with a smart lock keypad. A unique access code will be issued to each guest before check in. Other things to note Laundry facilities are in the basement, which is accessed from a separate outside entrance on the Southeast corner. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which are shared by all the tenants in the building. A parking area is available on the west side of the building off the alley, but street parking is also available. For longer stays, garbage pickup is Monday morning so please push the bin to the alley Sunday night for pickup if you can. The garbage bin is outside the entrance to the apartment and is labeled "5".
