Come relax at this cozy downstairs apartment with a private entrance located at the back of a quiet neighborhood. Walk down the driveway to the end of the road and enjoy a hike in the nature preserve with wooded trails and mountain views. Convenient to the airport and all of the amenities in South Asheville/Arden, your stay will be located in proximity to countless places to eat, drink, and things to do. The space The apartment is in the downstairs of a family home with complete separate access. Inside, you will find a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, full size electric range, microwave, sink, and all of the essentials. In addition, there is a cozy living space with a smart tv, recliner, and couch that converts to a queen sized bed. Last of the indoor amenities is a bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Immediately outside of the unit, guests will have access to bistro seating and a charcoal grill. At the end of our road, less than 0.1 miles away, is pedestrian access to a nature preserve with over 29 acres of hillside woodland with nearly 2 miles hiking trails. Everything that brings you to Asheville is a short drive away - Airport, Biltmore Estate, NC Arboretum, hiking and biking trails, Blue Ridge Parkway, Mission Hospital, restaurants, breweries, and more! Guest access There is a self check in process and each guest receives their own unique passcode to the property for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Please keep in mind that while this is a guest suite with a fully private entrance (meaning you don't need to go through our house to access it), it is located on the bottom floor of our personal home. Our family lives upstairs with our dog who is trained, socialized, and well behaved. That being said, he is still a dog who plays and may bark at the door or wildlife occasionally. While we are generally a quiet family, we still share walls and floors (which means there could be some noise from the TV, Kitchen, footsteps, talking, playing, dog, etc). We are committed to being respectful of you, and request a level of reasonable understanding in return. Please note that our home is on a single thermostat. We seek to keep the entire home at a reasonable temperature and have provided things like heaters and blankets to ensure your comfort. We also strive to maintain a healthy environment on our property and smoking is strictly prohibited. We try our best to think of everything you may need, but please let us know if there are any ways we can better accommodate you while you stay with us.
