The queen bed is a Hybrid Elite ( KELBURN) Has remote to position the head portion upwards for reading and are watching TV or raising the feet option as well. Med firm mattress. The other bedroom has a king “PURPLE”mattress, lighter medium firm . There is a TV on top of dresser but only to watch DVDs. The other full bathroom is in the hall just outside that bedroom . The shower is also nice. The house is located on 1 acre lot on the river which is a short walk from the main house approximately 75 yards. There is a place you can park about 50 yards from the river if you’d like. Guest access You will have the main house all to yourself. My spouse and I may be staying in the little tiny house underneath the carport separated from the main house. We value your privacy and Space. You will have access to all of the property on the 1 acre except for our space behind the tiny house which we referred to as “Josie, the cat Casa. “ Our cat resides on the property as well, but she is a scaredy-cat so you may never see her. We will also not be down at the river when you are. You may possibly see us outside doing work on our landscaping. We will most likely not be out on property that much the majority of the time during your stay. Other things to note This is a quiet residential neighborhood . No loud parties allowed.
