Come and enjoy an outdoor getaway! The space This home is fully furnished as is available for displaced families, corporate rentals or families looking to relocate to the area. The master bedroom is on the main level with a large walk in closet and a private toilet room to allow for more privacy for couples. A powder room is located near the master bathroom and living room to keep from guests having to use the master or having to use the upstairs bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an island that allows for additional seating to the kitchen table provided. Food is allowed in areas that are not carpeted which applies only to the living room on the main floor. The back patio can be access via the back door in the kitchen. The three bedrooms and bonus room are upstairs. Two of the guest bedrooms have 3 feet wide closets allowing for ample storage for large families. The bonus room is designed for games and an extra space to use for kiddos during cold and rainy days or to allow additional sleeping space. The house sits on just under 5 acres and shares its well with the neighboring property at the end of the road as you enter James Way. The wooded provides deer and sometimes the occasional moose to meander by. There will be plenty of turkey and other types of wildlife to observe as you enjoy your stay at our Country Cottage. Pets are allowed for displaced families. Please reach out for more details if this is needed. Guest access The entire house is your to use. We encourage parking in the garage as well. Other things to note Cornerstone Consulting, LLC offers several temporary mid to long term rentals for displaced families and or corporate rentals. Currently, Country Charm Cottage is available for short term and mid term rentals or corporate events. Cornerstone Consulting, LLC strives to work with insurance companies and policy holders for families that are temporarily displaced. The farm house style will accommodate the corporate rental space and offers a dedicated office space. Internet is now offered for all length of stays. We will work directly with the insurance companies and policy holders to ensure the full sized kitchen is fully stocked. This service can be requested for corporate rentals as well. To provide all the comforts of a home, an outdoor firepit and patio table and chairs are available for guests to use. Additional services are folding chairs, a large table etc. for those that want to reserve this for business or corporate settings. Additional fees may apply. While there is plenty of space to cook at Country Charm Cottage, there are also amazing restaurants near by. Newport, WA is the home of Brownells about a five minute drive, offers excellent food and drinks and a very welcoming atmosphere. The Settlement in Priest River is an Idaho favorite and has a nice selection of beer and wine and excellent food!! We cater to our guests diverse needs including traveling medical professionals, remote workers, pet owners, corporate housing and those facing displacement. Country Charm Cottage will not disappoint.
