The space The Ranch House Retreat is secluded and offers plenty of privacy. The closest structures are approximately 250' away but are separated by a wooded area and driveway. You will also have access to a public walking path through the woods at Oak Hill. Guest access Guests are allowed to access the entire house and portions of the 6 acre woods. Other things to note Beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen air mattress. 6 guests max unless communicated with the host and approved. No parties without permission. NO PETS, not even service animals. Violators must find a local boarding kennel or will be asked to leave. Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee.
