Castlemartyr Lodges No 20 – Sleeps 4: Please note there is a communal lobby entrance to the office and the house. The lodges are spacious and nicely furnished. The open plan area is bright and spacious with large floor-to-ceiling double-height windows. This holiday lodge has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people: Property layout – Ground floor: - Entrance hall with storage - Open-plan living room with smart flatscreen Tv with Netflix, Youtube and a range of other apps - Kitchen area with Tassimo Vicy Coffee machine - Cloakroom with Wc Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite with shower, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin ensuite with bath, sleeping 2 Sunlight fills the ground floor area which overlooks the rear walled garden or large green areas. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. No access to the hotel’s leisure centre or swimming pool: Please note there is no access to the hotel’s leisure centre or swimming pool, but guests can enjoy the onsite golf course, hotel restaurant & bar facilities and hotel spa at an extra charge. 4. Extra bed available for child upon request: You can request an extra fold-up bed for children up to age 15.
