Forget your worries in this beautiful spacious and serene space. Close to stores, post office, restaurants and more... yet still quiet. Perched on a small hill with a magnificent view of the lake. No pets to cause allergies. Fabulous view of lake and partial view of the Olympics on back balcony. Great place to watch hot air balloons and eagles also. The space there are 2 suites available , at this time... each has its own bathroom, queen size bed ( able to sleep 2 per room), 1 has an extra room for personal living space ( @ 400 square feet for that suite)the other (this suite,1st Base) has a deck over looking the lake ( @320 square feet in this suite with a deck that is @ 100 sq ft). Also common area has a sleeper sofa. Fireplace in family room is electric and never needs to be filled to warm you😁. Mid level of home @ 1700 square ft having most of the common( shared) areas, with a deck that is@ 500 square ft.. We also have fruit trees and berries in their seasons that we can share with our guests. Consider it a get away, to see family that live nearby, for the holidays. Guest access The carport has one space for each suite and driveway has plenty of spaces for guests.. the porch is covered and has a camera for secure package delivery. We like our guests to have a covered access to the home so we vacate the carport to allow for guest parking. During your stay We are easily reached by phone or knocking on the door when home... we live in the basement. We are delighted to assist our guests, make acquaintances and share our home. Other things to note We also have fishing poles and life jackets to tale to the lake parks just 9 minutes walk from the house on either side, and worms on property somewhere.
