Relax & Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located priavte studio. My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! The kitchen, bayhroom, and bedroom are all on the same floor of this single level studio space. You'll have access to use all areas privately between your own family/ guests. Parking is located just outside of the entrance door with room for two cars. Guest access If you are in need of an air matress please let me know ahead of time! Other things to note In this centrally located property we are within the city of syracuse. Please understand that while you MAY see a variety of different people on your exploration of the area WE have never had any problems of safety with ANY guests staying on our property. The house is located on a quiet street adjacent to a Main Street BUT has always maintained to be extremely quiet (other than the heater rattling at times ).
