The Space -Sleeping Area: King bed, plush linens, beside tables with USB charging stations, two double beds, and one pull out sofa to accommodate more friends or family. Each bedroom has a cozy space heater fireplace that makes it extra toasty for comfort. -Bathroom: extra towels and toiletries -Living area: comfy sofa, armchair and settee, Roku TV -Full Kitchen: complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, all the appliances including Keurig K-Mini single serve cup pod coffee (bring your pods) , toaster, blender and electric tea kettle. Local Favorites Food and Drink -The Hub: This place recently got a facelift and it's so cute and darling inside, not to mention the food is delicious. Lots of yummy breakfast options- 2.0 miles -Jade's Mountain land café: savor specialty coffee drinks and delicious bites - 1.7 miles -Lola's Street Kitchen: my personal favorite, so many great Americana options, reasonably priced, and very fast service - 5.9 miles -India Palace: this place is new to Heber but already becoming a favorite by all the locals -2.2 miles Outdoor Activities -Deer Creek State Park: explore the great outdoors with boating, fishing and hiking -10 miles -Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest: experience this breathtaking beauty in this expansive national forest -26 miles -Sundance Mountain Resort: Get to those mountains and enjoy endless activities all season long. My personal favorite is the zip line-22 miles Recreational Activities -The Homestead Crater: Enjoy this unique geothermal dome with mineral-rich waters, perfect for relaxing soak - 7.5 miles -Ice Castles: Enter this amazing winter wonderland -7.1 miles -Soldier Hollow Golf Course: tee off next to breathtaking panoramic mountain views at this 36 hole championship course -7.1 miles Other things to note -Parking: Please park in front of the small garage door. This will be your spot the entire stay. -Entrance: Come through the gate on the left side of the house, follow the path to the basement walk out. Please stay off the backyard grass. The backyard is off limits to Airbnb Guest. -Pets: Not allowed -Smoking: Prohibited -Please note that we do live upstairs and have small children. -Quiet hours: 8pm-7am. -Feel free to message me on the app regarding any concerns.
