This 2/2 cabin is perfectly located, 2 miles from downtown historic Hayesville, NC, and aprox. 45 minutes from Helen, Ga. A short distance to paved road, public boat ramps, golf courses and parks. Great location for Boaters, Golfers, hikers and Motorcyclist. On one acre of gentle sloping land, with 4 person Spa, Fire Pit, spaceous porches, 1 King, 1 Queen Bed and 1 car covered Carport. Pet (1 dog) allowed. See Details on pets under the Other Details below and Info. for Guests sections. Other things to note Maximum 4 guests. Children under 2 are free. The TVs do not have Cable service. This is on purpose to allow you to disconnect and have a truely relaxed stay. The TVs are there for the use of Streaming Services (using your own accounts) to get entertainment. Pets As long as you can adhere to our house rules regarding pets and they are house broken they are welcome. Without your cooperation we would not be able to continue to allow pets. Failure to comply could result in additional charges or removal from the property. Unfortunately, the following dog breeds are not covered by our insurance, therefore they are not allowed on the property at any time. These include - Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Any wolf breeds, Chow chows, Doberman pinschers, German shepherds, Great Danes, Pit bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Siberian huskies, Staffordshire terriers or American Terriers. The pet rules are as follows; only one dogs of 30Lbs or less is allowed. A pet fee applies. Prior approval is required before reservation for more than 1 dog is confirmed and additional fees will be applied. All dogs must be up to date with flea / tick prevention and well groomed. No puppies, cats or any other animals are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture out of respect to other guests. We ask that you provide their own beds. The house towels are NOT for use on the dog. We ask that if they suffer from any separation anxiety or from the fear of thunder-storms that they be crated when ever left alone, or that they not be left alone for their own protection and to avoid potential damage to cabin and/or furniture. It is also your responsibility to pick up after them. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE SPA! Thank you in advance for compiling with our house rules for our furry guests. Also, please make sure to keep your dogs on leach when outside. the neighbor has 2 dogs. One of them is a Hosky mix named Woofy. Super friendly, gets along with everyone and loves to be loved. The second one is a Corgi Dutch hound. He is normally kept in a pen during the day, but sometimes they let him out. He is Ok, but could be extra friendly with other dogs. lastly, do not hesitate to call the property manager, for any questions or anything we an help with. Whishing you a restful and enjoyable stay.
