Come stay at our rustic boathouse along the serene river. Its weathered, wooden, exterior exudes charm, adorned with unique decor. The sunlight reflects the water, casting shimmering light against the boathouse. Surrounding it, is lush greenery and trees that create a picturesque backdrop. Inside, the boathouse is cozy and inviting, with simple furnishings and the gentle scent of wood. It's a haven where one can escape the bustle of everyday life and embrace the countryside. The space This boathouse is located at my dock in the backyard of my farm house. It comes equipped with its own outhouse and outdoor shower. It has a sink and a gas stove top. Also, there is a refrigerator and a toaster oven/air fryer in the room. I installed the sink and a water Spicket with a hose to use. You can park your car and boat right in front of the boathouse. Bring your boat because I have a boat ramp on the property. You can keep your boat in the water at my dock Wildlife sighting is abudant with eagles, osprey, owls, and hawks to name a few. There are so many different varieties of birds, it’s hard to list them all. Experience the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Use of my pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill is included. I also supply fishing poles and kayaks for your use.   I also host another Airbnb in my patio area as well as a Hipcamp in the backyard. Follow the gravel road all the way down to the end, make a left, and you can park in front of the boathouse.  Other things to note You may come into contact with some wildlife. Please do not harass any animals. Also, please do not go into my animal enclosures. Beware, there are alligators and snakes that live in the river. Keep an eye on your pets.
