We are completely off grid, rely on solar power and batteries and very secluded. The barn is an attached structure to our main house. The barn has wood heat and cozy, can sleep six people and has an open concept. A small kitchenette is located in the game room along with a small refrigerator. At times we need to run a very quiet generator when we have multiple days without sun. Great lodging for snowmobilers and access to snowmobile routes 83 and 84 from property. The space The barn is attached to our main house, has an open concept with a king size bed upstairs in the loft space; the living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. Full bathroom with plenty of space. There's a 2nd bedroom off game room area with a queen bed. Game room is wide open with a pool table, TV, radio, kitchenette and a small refrigerator. Plenty of counter space too. Guest access You would have access the the barn described above, the wrap around porch is off limits at this time. Other things to note GPS does not find us, please use the directions provided to you after booking. You will be responsible for keeping the Woodstoves going during your stay, wood is provided for you. The two wood stoves are the only source of heat at this time. We will have it warm for your arrival. The road in is seasonal. Off seasons (late winter early spring and late fall) 4x4 or AWD vehicles only. Check with Mike for road conditions. Damage to vehicles are the responsibility of the guest/guests. PLEASE NOTE! weather can have a closing effect on the road. Rare as it may be, cancelation or rescheduling may be unavoidable. You can contact host (Mike) at anytime for conditions. 100% refund will be made if host cancels. Enter and exit dirt road slowly in respect of our neighbors. People use the road for walking, please drive slow. (Winter) the road is used for snowmobile access, be aware. The pond is off limits.
