The space Our home has a spacious living area upstairs with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A large dining table with seating for at least 8. The downstairs has another living room with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room as well. There is also a garage space for one vehicle. We also have a deck with outdoor furniture. Guest access The entire property will be yours to use except for a couple owners closets and half the garage. Other things to note The home is in a residential area across from the high school. We do not allow parties and expect our guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. There are steps to get to the front door and steps to get from the lower level to the upper level.
