For our winter guest it is a great place and yes you can park your trailers etc and ride right out of the yard on your snowmobiles. For our summer guest you can park your trailers and ride out of yard to center of town on your atv, side by side etc. 1 mile to town. The space 1 bedroom queen bed, 1 bathroom, living room with twin pull out sofa/ love seat, full kitchen and deck with patio set and large grill Guest access unit 4 is located on second floor which the guest has access to all of unit 4 we also have a firepit in the back yard Other things to note each unit we have are all private
