Central to everything, but away from the hustle, you’ll have the 3 bedroom 1 bath home to yourselves. Off street parking for 3 vehicles including 1 covered carport for a compact car. A front porch with 2 chairs to enjoy peaceful mornings and a back patio with grill and seating for 4. Smart tvs in the living and 2nd, 4 leather recliners in the living room Dining room with seating for 6 & ample room for a card table +4. The master provides a King sized bed and stays extra cool with a window air conditioner to compliments the evaporative cooling of the rest of the home. Two fully equipped work spaces. Full sized LG digital self dispensing washer & self sensing dryer. Fully stocked kitchen, iron & ironing board, cleaning supplies. The outdoor space is a covered patio with grill & seating for 4 - fully fenced and hidden from street view, great for bikes, or water gear (kayaks, SUP boards, or tubes) to be kept but there is no place, currently for pets. (No dirt or grass ) Walking distance to the Connie Mack World Series Fields, Bisti Bay water park, and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Farmington, Civitan or Pinion Hills Golf course, Farmington Civic Center, The Raven’s Nest Day Spa, Sacred Rebel Yoga Studio, Rebel Bungee Fitness, Allen 8 movie theaters, Fly High Trampoline park, and Smith’s grocery store. Please note: The back of the home, attached but separated by one shared wall, is occupied 6 months out of the year. When the occupants are in Farmington, complete privacy of our guests is assured, as the home’s 2 separate entries and parking, are on opposite sides of the property, with the fence and yard in between.*Ring doorbell records motion @ entry, front sidewalk & front yard. Exterior facing camera at top of driveway sits on top of the window AC Unit, records motion in driveway & street. Guest access All spaces open to the guests up to the back (West) fence. The back yard of the property (all areas behind the fence) is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Your booking includes 1 complimentary pass to use the 4 person Infrared Sauna at The Raven’s Nest Day Spa. (Located 1.2 miles to the East). This is a one-time use pass & the sauna accommodates up to 4 comfortably. The sauna is available for reasonable extended hours to our guests only. (Not before 7 am and not after 8 pm) Request must be made with a minimum 2 hour notice. If guest pass isn’t used during stay, it has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Towels for 2 are provided. Additional bookings are discounted for all identified guests staying in the home and are accommodated first come, first served.
