There is a locked door in the kitchen and one in the basement that guests will not have access to. There is no garage access. Other things to note This is our personal home and guest will have access to it while we are traveling internationally and domestically for long periods of time. We have a local team in place that is available to help when there are major time zone differences or we are unreachable. ****For families traveling with small children, please note that our kitchen opens directly to the basement stairway, which can not be safely gated. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guest so, we recommend this property for those who feel comfortable navigating this setup. No smoking inside the house. No pets allowed. No unauthorized guests, if you plan to have friends over that are not on your reservation please just let us know first. No parties. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
