Note there is long term tenant in attached studio above the garage with a beautiful dog who may occasionally say hello by barking, however she’s kept apart from rented spaces. The space Sitting across from Princeton Harbor, the newly remodeled house evokes a bright and natural, calm and luxurious, beachy vibe. On sunny days, the south facing orientation of the home invites ample sunlight into the living room in the morning, and the sunlit patio offers a warm and inviting place to snuggle up with a blanket and enjoy a cup off coffee. The new landscape was designed with ONLY local plants and serves as a sanctuary for all kinds of local butterflies, hummingbirds, and loads other helpful pollinators. The all electric kitchen is well equip with everything you should need to enjoy a home cooked meal; but should you prefer, the house is located within a 5-15 minute walk to numerous Coastside restaurants. The two bedrooms feature queen size beds, FSC certified wood bed frames, with either bamboo or organic cotton sheets. And to offer a hint of luxury, all bathrooms feature heated floors, rain showers, bidets and organic cotton towels. Turkish beach towels are also provided should you decide to have a sun-downer on the sand. Fun facts: The remodel incudes many sustainable alternatives to building design, from sustainable harvested wood use to create the patio, cabinets and shelves, to no-VOC paints, Green Guard Gold certified floors, energy efficient windows, all-electric kitchen appliances, native front-yard garden, salvaged, recycled and/or highly renewable materials in furniture pieces, low-flow bathroom fixtures, and all electric heating. Guest access Guests will be able to access the private front yard, and downstairs (living/dining rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The upstairs, garage, and backyard is a separate rental space, and occupied by a live-in tenant and a sweet dog who may occasionally bark. Other things to note While the house was designed and remodeled to provide a very calming and peaceful place to cozy up, it may not be suitable for young children.
