Lakes, rivers, shopping, restaurants, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville are all within a short drive. We have a large parking area and lawn area. Wide doors and bathtub grab bar to aid our disabled guests. Comfortable queen size beds in the bedroom and in the living room sleeper sofa. In-unit laundry with full size washer and dryer (some detergent and dryer sheets included). Lightning fast 500 mbps WiFi for all your Internet and streaming needs. 4K TV with Dish TV service, including HBO and many other channels. Blu-ray player, with several movies available for you to watch. We try to include everything you’ll need for your stay, however, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you. Very private location away from traffic and noise, but close enough to easily get groceries or go out to eat! Plenty of parking is available for your car/truck, including boat/toy trailer. We also have full hookup access for RV (at additional charge). One or two small dogs (under 30 lbs.) are allowed. We just ask that you please keep your pets off of all furniture, as some of our guests might be allergic. Military and first responders (active and honorably retired) will receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate (proof required). Just let us know when you request to book your reservation, so we can send you a special offer. We also offer a 10% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more. Only one discount will be given per booking (maximum 10% off of the nightly rate).
