This property is located in the a gated community in Taylor, MI. It is just South of Eureka which will take you directly west to the Airport. It houses professionals who commute and provides a quiet place to sleep and study. It is also close to downtown Taylor's restaurants and stores. The space This room provides a twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, end table, 2 lamps, and a smart TV. The linens are all provided. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Guest access This property uses a smart lock with a code. The bedroom also has a lock with a code. It is a gated community and I provide a FOB to enter the gate. Your initial entry will have to be via phone. Other things to note I live 4 hours away, but am available by phone/text 24/7. I do travel up there occasionally to clean and maintain. If there are any issues whatsoever, I am very quick to solve the problem.
