Welcome to TORIO VACATION VILLA! We are Tracy & Phil. We've designed a fun and relaxing vacation villa for you. The infinity pool with jumping platform, the open-air terrace, the barbecue and aperitif area and the large private garden are all waiting for you. The 6 apartments that make up this villa are located around the swimming pool. Nestled between the Azuero massif and the Pacific coast, you're ideally placed for adventure. [Accommodation managed by "B'ZEN | Entrust us with your keys".] The space APARTMENT #5 This little apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located at the middle of the right wing, facing the swimming pool. You'll find : - An entrance with 1 table on the right and the kitchen on the left. - A first bedroom with 1 queen size bed - A second bedroom with 1 doble bed - A bathroom, with 1 large shower and hot water The apartment is equipped with : - air conditioning and ceiling fans - wifi Bed linen, towels, kitchen and pool towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The accommodation is equipped to make your stay as independent as possible: - key box - stock of consumables - fully equipped kitchen - welcome guide - cleaning equipment and products Guest access During your stay you have access to private and shared areas. Private access : - Apartment #5, with a key box (the code will be sent to you by message a few days before your arrival) Shared access : - Walkway to access apartments - Open-air terrace with dining tables and sun loungers - Covered terrace with barbecue - Swimming pool - Fresh drinking water dispenser - Laundry hanging area - Garden area PLEASE KEEP THESE SHARED AREAS CLEAN FOR OTHER USERS: wipe down the tables after eating and sweep up any crumbs. --------------------- ACCESSIBILITY FOR DISABLED PASSENGERS We imagined a home that could accommodate all travelers. From the parking lot, you have step-free access to a red corridor serving all the apartments. This walkway continues from the outside to take you step-free to the open-air terrace. Double doors lead to the apartments, making it easy to get around. The entrances to the bedrooms are also wide, so you can sleep without obstruction. If access to the shower isn't enough for you, you can use the outdoor shower. In the future, we plan to reinforce this service with a pool lift. Other things to note > No need for a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. > Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the accommodation. > Power cuts are a regular occurrence in Panama. As these power cuts are beyond our control, we will not make any refunds as a result. We don't have a generator. We have an elevated water tank and a gas boiler that enables us to ensure continuity of service for (hot) water. > The B'ZEN agency changes the bed linen and towels, empties the garbage cans and sweeps the floors every 7 days. > Cleaning B'ZEN will take care of the cleaning on your departure. However, we ask you to : - wash dishes as and when you use them, - remove grease splashes from gas stoves and barbecues, - pick up any crumbs or earth that has fallen to the ground with the shovel/sweeper provided - sort and dispose of your garbage in the sorting bin in the corridor.
