Floats and kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Please note, swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. This is a private lake, and NO outside boats are permitted. Other things to note There is NO central air conditioning; however, separate AC units are installed in each bedroom for your comfort. They do not cool the entire home, but the lakeside breeze and shaded backyard provides comfortable living quarters. An air mattress is provided with bedding for an additional 2 guests to sleep. Please take note & keep in consideration that only two parking spaces are provided. Absolutely no large parties or gatherings are permitted.
