Welcome to our charming and intimate condo. We offer a warm and inviting space, a home away from home. Your comfort and satisfaction during your stay are our top priorities. We are located close to the Onalaska Omni Center, YMCA North, Van Riper Park, Onalaska Aquatic Center, and Lake Onalaska. The space Private driveway, garage, and small fenced-in backyard. This property offers two bedrooms on the main level—one with a king bed and TV, and the other with a queen bed (no TV). The main level also features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. The lower level boasts a den space with a foosball table and TV, a convenient laundry room equipped with a top-load washer and front-load dryer, and a third bedroom with a king bed (no TV). Guest access Guests have full use of the entire condo except a locked storage room in the basement. There is private parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Garage will fit one vehicle. The driveway is long enough to accommodate a truck and boat. Smart lock on front door for easy access to house. Other things to note Onalaska city ordinance allows two people per bedroom plus one extra guest. For our place that would be 7 total guests. We have two king beds and one queen which is why we list our maximum number as six. There are two security cameras outside the front of the house and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside of the house. There is a button on the wall in the garage that you can use to open and close the garage door. Remote and access code to the garage are not provided.
