This family-friendly apartment is an hour from NYC, with a private driveway and entrance. The location is ideal for a getaway in any season. In the Warwick Valley, the property is 10 min from Legoland, and 13 min from the NY Renaissance Festival, surrounded by vineyards, orchards, farms, breweries, state parks, skiing, and the Appalachian Trail. 5 minutes from historic Sugar Loaf and the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center. 15 min from Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. The space The 4.5-acre property features a large pond, outdoor fire pit, and a full-sized pool. The apartment has its own parking space and entrance. We have insulated the walls and ceilings for sound to ensure your privacy and ours. The large main room has high ceilings and skylights. It features a queen bed, TV, living space, kitchenette, and dining area. There is a private "kids" bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a large wardrobe with drawers. We have a pack-n-play with mattress and sheets available should you need it. All bedding and towels are provided. Kitchen and dining area have great views of the pond and back yard. Local codes do not allow us to include a built-in oven/stove, but there is an microwave, a hotplate, pots, pans, cookware and utensils, and a propane grill outside. The full bathroom features a large jet-tub. The pool has a deep end with a diving board. It is at the back of the property and can be accessed through a gated gazebo. It is not heated.
