Couch, bench and ottoman, so plenty of sitting options. 2nd floor you’ll find 2 spacious bedrooms, both king beds, a new bathroom with rain shower, washer and dryer and access to the roofdeck. The roofdeck holds 2-4 people comfortably. Small table, 2 chairs and a bench. No grilling allowed on the roofdeck. The third room on the 2nd floor is locked and holds our personal items. We live in the house a couple weeks per year. For longer term rentals we can discuss making the 3rd room available as office space. Guest access You’ll gain access via a key that sits in the lockbox. Other things to note We own the 2nd and 3rd floor with private entrance. The ground floor and garden is owned by the ground floor house and is not to be used.
