Welcome to this newly renovated bungalow located on South Mountain in the Lehigh Valley. The house is nestled in the trees above Allentown with the city lights below. We offer flexible, monthly stays for those encountering relocation and/or house repairs. The space This bungalow was fully renovated with hard wood floors, granite countertops, and a cedar plank bathroom. Despite the smaller size, it is fully equipped for extended stays and has been renovated with quality materials and furnishings. 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom (2nd bedroom will be furnished for bookings starting mid December 2024 with a double bed) This will take place of the office room but will still include washer/dryer combo. Pictures to come once done.) Dog friendly with approval. Sorry no cats due to allergies. Our bungalow is located in a neighborhood and you may hear kids playing, dogs barking, music. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, air fryer, toaster, kettle, electric oven, and dishwasher Washer/ dryer combo in unit (in 2nd bedroom) The bungalow is 530 sq ft. Two doorways are 6ft due to support beams. In the winter months, we recommend you have a vehicle that is a good in the snow (ideally 4WD) if you need to be out in the weather. Our bungalow is located at the end of a private drive. We have a company clear the snow but this happens once the storm has passed and they can safely get to the house. Please understand, this bungalow is located in the woods. While we do pest control maintenance, you might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: deer, raccoon, skunk, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. Guest access Basement should only be accessed in emergencies. Other things to note We have cameras around the perimeter of the property for safety only. If you need us to view something, please let us know asap.
