The space Our spacious, one-bedroom condo is the perfect home base for your Kauai adventure. Enjoy distant ocean-views from the lanai and use of the onsite pool, hot tub, bbq area and clubhouse. Emmalani Court is a small, 45-unit condo complex that is walking distance to the new world-class resort, One Hotel. Grab a coffee and pastry on your morning walk and take-in the sweeping vista of Hanalei Bay or dine-in at one of their outlets for a luxurious dinner out. Emmalani Court is also walking distance to a number of beaches including Hideaways, Puu Poa beach and Queen's Bath (only open in the summer). We are also walking distance to Makai Golf Clubhouse and Hanalei Bay Resort which also has multiple dining options including live music and beautiful views at Happy Talk Bar and Restaurant. Our condo also features a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals in the comfort of your own space. The spacious bedroom has cold A/C and a dedicated work area with lovely views of the golf course. Come stay in our comfortable retreat in paradise! The hosts live right up the road and are available to assist you in case anything comes up. Guest access Guests have full use of the condo with the exception of one bedroom that is locked off for owner use only. Other things to note This is a pet free property however the owners did live in the space with a dog up until the start of 2024.
