Welcome to Jacob’s Landing on Cayuga lake. Simply relax in the open floor porch/living room/kitchen area with lake views and spacious LoveSac lounging. Bring your own PW or jet ski. Kayaks provided (2). Gas fireplace for those chilly fall days wine touring, and window unit A/C to keep things cool when things heat up. 1/2 bath on main floor. Full bath on second floor convenient to both bedrooms. Located in the reputable Lower Lake road area, 1/4 mile north of Cayuga Lake State Park The space Park your vehicle (space for max three cars, or 2 with possible space for a boat trailer), and cross the bridge for main entrance access to second floor where you’ll find to your left a cozy second bedroom, complete with queen lower, XL twin upper bunk bed, brand new window A/C, lake view, and a small closet to store belongings. Or, walk through the hallway to access the full bath or master bedroom. Master bedroom has a queen bed facing the lake with views overlooking Cayuga. Bedside lamps for reading and plenty of outlets to charge your accessories. Closet available for storage. Take the stairs to the main floor below where you will find a spacious equipped kitchen in the rear with 1/2 bath for convenience, a breakfast bar giving way to comfy living room complete with LoveSac seating, a 60 inch smart t.v subscribed to YouTube TV with many apps to choose from, and gas fireplace. Continue on the open floor to the porch with three six foot slider doors giving open views overlooking Cayuga Lake. Step outside the porch to a narrow deck with outdoor seating and table with sunbrella. Walk around the side of the house and down a strip of lawn to find a permanent dock area with seating, table and outdoor fireplace to roast your marshmallows. Two hoists provided compliments owner: boat hoist to accommodate 18-21 foot power boat, or a separate one for your jet ski. Conveniently launch your water craft just down the road about 1/4 mile south at Cayuga State Park. Finally, use the temporary dock to fish or swim from or take out a kayak (2 provided) using provided paddles, and life jackets found in porch box. Weber gas grill found in rear of house for all your summer or fall grilling fun! Guest access You will given a four digit access code prior to arrival to gain entry across the bridge after parking. Should you arrive at night, press the top button to illuminate the keypad. Other things to note I’ve been renting the “Landing” since May of 2015, however I am brand new to Air BnB. While there remain many more updates yet to be completed, I believe you will enjoy what the Landing currently offers. I invite you to try it and provide me feedback.
