Nestled 14 miles outside downtown Austin, TX is a wonderful area of Manor with loads of activities within Austin and the surrounding area. This house has four bedrooms with a study/bedroom along with three full bathrooms. Upstairs have the kids or young at heart enjoy the game room with video games and Foosball while the adults enjoy the peaceful living room and kitchen area. This quiet area will be perfect for your visit. The space Our property is nestled within a quiet residence. Our house has two floors. On the first level is the kitchen, master bedroom (king bed) with full bathroom with walk in shower, second guest bedroom (queen bed), second full bathroom, living room, study with desk and daybed (twin), and the laundry room. There are no stairs required for this living area. On the second floor is the game room, the third bedroom (queen bed) and fourth bedroom (twin bunk beds), and the third full bathroom. Stairs are required to access this area. There is also a two car garage that every guest has access to use. Within the neighborhood you may use the community soccer field, pickle-ball courts or ping pong tables. We do have pickle-ball equipment to use in the game room. There is only one closest that guests do not have access to that holds all of our needed supplies.
