This stylish place to stay is perfect for someone looking for a New England nature escape. We are two blocks from the Naugatuck River and many beautiful state parks, including Burr Pond State Park. We are also just half a mile away or a short walk from downtown Torrington, where you can find lots of charming restaurants, art galleries, and shops. There is often live music on the weekends and/or art openings. The space This stunningly remodeled Victorian masterpiece boasts seven bedrooms and spans over 3,000 square feet. With its ingeniously maze-like design, it offers an abundance of space and privacy, creating an oasis of tranquility. This is a 7-bedroom home available for short or long-term rentals. Currently, 4 of the 7 bedrooms are rented for long-term rentals, and one is available for short-term rental. My boyfriend and I use the other bedroom when we are in Torrington (we split our time between NYC and Torrington). Guests will have their private room and access to all shared amenities, including a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, two shared bathrooms, spacious backyard and fire pit (with beautiful Adirondack chairs when the weather is warm), and a giant driveway for parking, etc. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bedroom they stay in, any of the bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor fire pit, spacious outdoor area, and the very large driveway. Additionally, there is a beautiful community garden just one block away from our house that overlooks the Naugatuck River, which I highly recommend visiting.
