It also has a large backyard, which is fenced on two sides. There is a patio set on the back deck, and 2 chairs on the front porch. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home + driveway + yard. If you need or want access to the shed that is fine, especially if you want to mow the lawn :) I also have a little garden space that you are welcome to use as well. The basement is fair game except the contents in the corner, and on the shelves. Self-check in will be available through a lockbox. The lockbox code will be sent the morning of your stay. Other things to note Driveway parking available No overnight street parking allowed (per the city) EXTRA CHARGES: Any evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $350 charge for extra cleaning entailed.
