The space Our second floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom features a compact yet cozy layout. A few steps up lead to the building's entrance with more steps once entering the building to get to the second floor apartment. Inside, you'll find a modest living area with hardwood floors and ample natural light. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, and the bedrooms offer a comfortable space with a closet in each room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. This apartment blends urban convenience with traditional Chicago architecture. Coin Operated laundry is available in the basement. To access the basement please use the rear exit of the apartment and take the stairs down. The rear exit in the apartment does not lock automatically when the door is shut. Please make sure to only use the rear exit to access the laundry room and as an emergency exit as guests will not be able to lock the door from the outside. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment to enjoy. Shared spaces are the stairwells in the front and back of the building as well as the garage, laundry area, and backyard patio. The building has 3 units total. Each unit is completely private.
