A traditional Atitlan house located in a quiet and peaceful bay with incredible views of the volcano and mountains from every corner. Casa Monarca is very versatile suited for all type of families (we do not accept groups of young adults) with indoor and outdoor living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, pool and hot tub, private dock with kayaks, chimney, BBQ grill, hammock, board games and more. We also offer you an incredible garden great for an afternoon walk along our monarch butterflies. The space Casa Monarca is a traditional Atitlan house with rock walls, and decorated with artesanal art pieces and colorful textiles. All of our rooms have a bathroom (2 of them in the hallway) with hot water. As well as a pool bathroom. If you are bringing babies, we can provide you with a portable changing table for them. ~ Pool Entertainment: Our pool is heated with solar panels and we provide accessories for you to enjoy. ~ Security: You will find a safe box with a lock in 4 of the rooms to keep your valuable belongings. ~Technology: The house has two TVs with cable, access to wifi, and Bluetooth Stereos. ~Lake access: The house does not include a boat, but if you would like to bring your own, or any other water transportation, our house has a ramp with car access for you to get it into the lake as well as a private dock to use them. We also offer you life vests for adults and children so you can enjoy the lake safely. ~Car access: The house is protected with a gate and has parking for 6 cars. Other things to note If you need help with transportation to the house from the city, we can gladly help you arrange it. The house maximum capacity is 15 people. We prefer it if you do not surpass this amount. If you do, please let us know in advance and we will charge you $50 per additional person per night. We don’t accept groups of adults under 25 not accompanied by their families.
