The space The apartment sits on the first floor of the Building J. Upon entrance, you are welcomed to the ample open space living room and kitchen. In the back you will find two bedrooms with similar space equipped with ACs. Gates of the building complex are usually closed around 8pm daily but there is 24 hours service for opening and closing of the gates. There are security cameras around the buildings. The outside neighborhood is safe to walk, offering beach side walk paths and beautiful scenery. Guest access All the premises within the apartment complex is public (such as pool, kid’s park and most of the parking spots). Any invited guests walking in alone should have their names sent to front office or host (with some hours in advance) prior to entry to prevent any issues. Other things to note Pool area is part of the apartment complex, therefore shared space. Parking spaces are usually first come first serve, unless marked as an apartment number. If no parking is available, feel free to park outside the building complex.
