Quiet horse property with RV hookups including water and electricity. Dump station on site. Easy access to local restaurants and bars. 1.5 miles off of interstate. Access to shared bathrooms if needed. Spot is also suitable for car/van campers and pop up campers. Reservations are only for hookups/site and renter understands that no camper, RV, tent, etc. will be provided by the host. The space We are situated on approximately 8 acres between Sturgis and Rapid City. On the property you will find our own personal residence, 5 short-term vacation cabins, and horses and goats. The property is welcome and encouraged to be explored. Guest access Guests have access to two shared bathrooms. Guests are welcome to wander our property and pet the animals. All animals are friendly. Guests are asked not to unlock any locked gates unless given permission and to leave gates how they found them. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This property serves multiple purposes including horse training, boarding, and riding lessons, and is surrounded by pastures and creeks/ponds. We do everything we can to mitigate and prevent insects, spiders, etc., and smells that naturally come with livestock but nature is nature and can be out of our control at times. PARKING: We are more than happy to accommodate large vehicles, trailers, or guests traveling in multiple vehicles. We have plenty of space to accommodate whatever vehicle you may be traveling in. We just ask for prior notice if there are multiple or large vehicles so we can be prepared. SUMMER GUESTS: Piedmont, SD goes above and beyond for their celebration of Fourth of July. You can expect a parade the morning of the 4th that people from all around come to participate in and watch. You will also have a front row seat to our communities fireworks show as the fireworks are shot from directly across the street from your cabin.
