Relax at this cozy cabin on beautiful Phillips Lake. A great place to lay your head after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park or walking around the town of Bar Harbor (about a 50 min. drive). Shared sandy beach, best on the lake, perfect for swimming and enjoying sunsets . Screened in porch. Ceiling fan in living room, portable fans in bedrooms. Outside seating, picnic table and gas grill provided, as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . Camp is well maintained with host nearby. No pets. The space This is a cozy cabin, with two bedrooms - a queen bed and a double bed. Kitchen and a combo living room/dining room area as well as a screened in porch. Seating outside and a grill with picnic table. Short path down to a shared beach - the Best beach on the lake. You will see lots of wildlife including loons, ducks, eagles and geese. Sunsets don’t get any better than from the beach! Guest access Parking available for two vehicles. 4 steps at both front and back entrances. Camp is one level once inside. Short walk down a path to get to the beach. Other things to note No TV, Washer/dryer or dishwasher. Pets are not allowed in/at rental. Host lives next door and due to this, you may see 1 or 2 of the family dogs in the area. Not walkable to stores/locations of interest. Location is very safe and the camp roads are great for walking/running. Water in camp is from the lake and therefore not drinkable - drinking water will be supplied for you. Beach is shared. No fishing allowed off beach - you may fish from Canoe/Kayaks out on the lake.
