During your stay, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the river, perfect for leisurely walks or simply unwinding amidst nature. Our house offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, but only minutes to Downtown Raliegh. Come experience the natural beauty and tranquility of Neuse River Estates. When you walk into our home, you'll immediately notice the prevailing theme of art. To the right, you'll see our first home project—a beautifully crafted wall that my wife and I created together. As you enter the living room, you'll be greeted by a variety of plants thriving in the sunroom, bathed in natural light that highlights the rich red tones of the hardwood flooring. The spacious, open-concept kitchen allows for easy movement, and the island serves as a perfect spot for meals or hosting gatherings. The walls are adorned with art pieces from our travels around the world, adding a touch of global charm. The open design makes this space ideal for relaxing by the fireplace, spending quality time with family and friends. It features an office with a printer, and three uniquely designed bedrooms, each crafted to create a peaceful atmosphere. Two bedrooms include office desks, and one even has a computer for your use. All bedrooms come with walk-in closets, providing ample storage for your belongings. Guest access You'll receive a secure pin code for both the front and backyard doors upon arrival. These doors feature a 20-second automatic lock setting for added convenience and security. Please ensure the door is shut completely to activate the auto-lock feature. Thank you! Front Door Camera: You'll have access to the front door bell camera during your stay for added convenience and security. Other things to note -Please let us know if you'd like to use the two bikes and helmets so we leave them out. -Let me know if you plan on using the smoker so I can prep it for you. -Please note that the garage is not available for parking but we have plenty of parking in the driveway and street. RULES/INSTRUCTIONS Smoking: No smoking inside the house please. We have a balcony or backyard you can smoke at. Please be careful not to damage outdoor seating. Bar Ice Machine: To produce more ice, please fill the water reservoir. Be careful not to lose the rubber seal ring, as it prevents water from leaking. Also, avoid pulling the ice tray out too far, as it may fall out. Air Conditioning: Our house has a single-unit AC system. For the fastest cooling or heating, please run either the upstairs or downstairs unit one at a time. This will help maintain the efficiency and longevity of our AC system. Thank you for your cooperation! Plants: We’re glad you can enjoy the beautiful plants and peaceful setting here. For stays longer than a week, we will provide detailed instructions on watering the plants during your stay. Most of the plants are in self-watering pots, so the instructions will be simple. We will give you these details on the day of your arrival. Lawn Care: For stays of a week or longer, landscapers will come to the house to cut the grass. We will notify you in advance of their visit so you can expect them. Fireplace: The fireplace switch is located to the right of the fireplace. It looks just like a light switch and is labeled accordingly Light Switches: All light switches are labeled for easier use. Each switch indicates the location it controls. Washer/Dryer: Please use the provided container of laundry detergent for washing, if needed you can use your own too. After each use, keep the washer door open to prevent mold. Remove your clothes promptly to avoid odors. There's a wire hanger available for air-drying clothes. Further instructions for the washer and dryer will be provided on the appliances for your review.
